FAQs

How do I clean, store and replace my powder puff?

How often should I clean my puff?
After every use, spray with the Opretty Powder Puff Cleaner to kill germs and keep your puff clean.

How do I give it a deeper clean?
Use Opretty Soap with warm water, rinse, then air dry.

How should I store my puff?
You can store it in a powder puff pouch, handy for keeping a puff in your handbag or makeup bag.

When should I replace my puff?
We recommend replacing your puff when it no longer feels as soft. Our puffs are long-lasting when looked after, so replacement is based on softness rather than a fixed number of weeks or months.
