Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth, Challenges, and Milestones

As we prepare to welcome a brand-new year, we can’t help but take a moment to reflect on what 2024 has meant for Opretty. It has undoubtedly been one of the most challenging years in our journey so far, but it has also been incredibly eventful and rewarding in ways we could never have imagined.

A New Home for Opretty

One of the biggest milestones for us this year was moving into our brand-new warehouse. This move marks a significant step forward in our growth as a company, providing us with the space and resources we need to better serve our amazing customers. It’s a symbol of how far we’ve come and a foundation for the exciting future ahead.

Product Launches and Lessons Learned

2024 saw the launch of several new products that we’re incredibly proud of. From skincare innovations to beauty essentials, we’ve worked tirelessly to bring you products that simplify routines and deliver real results. However, we know there’s been anticipation for some of the products we didn’t quite get to launch this year. Rest assured, they’re coming soon, and we’re just as excited as you are to share them with you.

Exploring New Horizons

This year also took us beyond our usual boundaries. A highlight was our trip to Paris, where we met some truly inspiring new manufacturers. These partnerships are key to helping us expand and continue delivering the quality and innovation you expect from Opretty. Paris was more than just a business trip; it was a source of inspiration and a reminder of why we do what we do.

Taking the Stage at Exhibitions

2024 was the year we pushed ourselves further than ever before by participating in four exhibition shows – the most we’ve ever done in a single year! For the first time, we showcased Opretty in Manchester, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. Meeting so many of you face-to-face, hearing your stories, and sharing our vision for skincare and beauty was a true highlight.

Lessons in Leadership and Direction

This year taught us the importance of building the right team. Choosing the right staff is essential to creating a strong, successful business, and we’ve learned so much about what it takes to cultivate a team that shares our vision and values. Additionally, TikTok presented unique challenges for us this year, but it also served as a reminder to stay true to our mission. We’ve taken back control of our business, ensuring that every decision is made with our customers in mind rather than being dictated by trends.

Ending the Year with Clarity

For the first time 2 years, we’re ending the year feeling organized and with a clear vision for Opretty’s future. We know where we want to go and how we can continue to serve you, our incredible customers, in the best way possible. 2024 has been a year of growth, reflection, and renewed purpose, and we’re ready to take everything we’ve learned into 2025.
